A very pretty French Trumeau mirror from the 18th century. Original back wooden panels (five) on its frame which are in excellent condition considering its age. Original blue-grey paint and gilt work along with the mercury glass. Trumeau mirrors were originally made to be placed on masonry between a two windows or a door and window, hence the lovely height.
