A beautiful and honest Windsor chair, mid-19th century, elm and ash. Traditional hooped back and turned legs, the pegs of the spindles showing clearly in the arms. A delightful piece in all it's slight wonkiness, but at the same time hugely comfortable - perfect to pull up in front of an open fire or at a table. Seat height 40cm.
