Pretty Dutch oil on canvas by AJC Manuel who is Anton Jozef Carel Manuel, b. 1899, d. 1973. Painting is signed and has a label on the back with his details in Utrecht. He was quite a prolific painter in his time and his works can be found in and around The Netherlands. Some damage shown to the original gilt coloured frame.
